The birth of Craft Beers Belgium

It all began with research we are doing for a book about craft beers in the best beer country in the world. We love to experience beers you can't find in your local supermarket. Each Flemish town has its own microbrewers. Travel five km further away and you will find other brewers and beers that you have never heard of. Those brewers are the ones we wanted in the book. Of course we want to try them all - The Good, The Bad and even The Ugly ones.

Just outside of a stones throw we started searching and visiting the small craft brewers. Finding out there are more unknown brewers than we could ever imagine. Some with little or no online presence.

Soon we had family and friends joining us on our journey, we thought why not let others be part of it as well.

With a team of young entrepreneurs the name Nobilem was chosen, to match the quality of there beer and a name that has its roots in the Latin word Nobilis. Meaning Praised, Exquisite, or Excellent. With a launch of their first beer a Premium Triple. They wanted to keep with the high standard and worked hard to bring out a light beer with high quality and taste. Hence the creation of the Nobilem Blond.

Featured Brew

Nobilem Blond.

A great beer to have outside in the warm sun, a thirst quencher with a lot of flavor. Light on alcohol @ 4.2% allowing you to enjoy more. Don't let the light percentage fool you, this is a flavorful beer that punches much higher on the scale than its volume of alcohol suggests, making this a beer to be appreciated and enjoyed. Best served between 4-7 Celsius. Swirl the bottom of the bottle to bring out the full flavor of the beer.
